I’m genuinely confused. Which over the counter sleeping aid could cause someone to become paralysed for two days? Sometimes antihistamines can cause you to be wide awake and unable to keep your body still, but that’s not what’s happening here. I think melatonin is over the counter in the states but that clearly can’t cause this. And I’m pretty sure benzodiazepines aren’t over the counter anywhere
