This is great and all, but I need to find a book that isn’t so depressing to read right at Christmas. So, I’m going to go ahead and set this one to the side for a moment and find something a little more cheery.

Okay, so why is Heathcliff the worst too? They’re both such divas. But Bronte’s writing is impeccable 😩

Goodreads friends, I am wanting a book that I just can’t put down! I want a book that after a day of school and work, I can snuggle into bed and I’m just SO excited to read. Anyone have something like that? Pleaseeeeee

Can I be honest? I want to like this book…but I am not getting there. I love the idea behind it and I appreciate writing on Native American’s reality and the effects from colonialism they have lived with everyday and continue to live with. with that said, I have zero connection to any of the characters & I’m really struggling to find any grounding plot in this book. Praying it turns around for the last 40%.

Already so fun. Just trying to cruise through as many books as possible before school starts back up & I don’t pick up another non case book until the end of the year 🙃 so happy to be here is all..
