I struggle a bit with this one. I had high hopes (especially after seeing the ratings) there are good tidbits in between. But so many things that make me wonder if I should continue reading...

We do enjoy the story and the time it's set. Not so much the attitude "Tori" has in the book though...

I struggle. So many people. I enjoy Daniel's story. Can't quite follow the other story.

Re-reading this with my daughter. It's like visiting old friends ❤️

I wish it would be more about the wisdom of amish people and less about the author's.
One of her advices. Women should go to work instead of staying home with their kids. Divorce rate is so high so you better be prepared. 🤦‍♀️ and this from a minister's wife. I do enjoy the parts that about the amish though.

Can't connect with this one. AT ALL. I don't like Gen. I think she is very annoying 😂 I'll try a couple more chapters and then I might stop.
