I am quite literally rationing this book for myself. I can’t put it down. Every time I pick it up, I have to pry it away from my hands not so long after, so as not to finish it too soon.

I’m already saddened by the prospect of finishing it. I find myself re-reading sentences trying to savour it, in fear of leaving anything behind.

I don’t know why it’s taking me so long to finish this. I don’t know when the US will have another president with the same emotional awareness, ability for rational thought and critical thinking as Barack. Putting aside anyone’s political criticism, Obama is bloody smart.
