not sure how much i actually want to read this 🫣

cue the resurrection of my delusion that i can teach myself to be good at chess (i can't)

i have a feeling i may pause this, get a physical copy and actually annotate and piece together some of the vignettes and do fact checking (as have seen notes saying some of the info just plain wrong)

i will never turn down a freebie (at least i think it was for the taking) from work but means i'm going in blind

I should have actually read what it was abt before buying bc if I’d known it was part self help and literally transcripts of psychiatrist sessions I would have reconsidered
