Hmm. Furst really assumes his reader is an idiot with this one. Among other things, so far I've learned that Abuela means grandmother, philately is stamp collecting, the Prado is a museum. Sheesh.

I'm enormously enjoying listening to this, but I was startled to learn that Foote thought that Ash Wednesday is two days before Good Friday. A body would hardly have time to feel penitential in such a brief Lent.
