too much incest and i don’t care for the mc so its a hard read

i’m rooting so hard for the characters in the flashbacks because they’re so hopeful and they’re trying and it’s so sad because we already know that they didn’t pull through and their life sucks

Connie’s quite brutal isn’t she

Ok apart from the unnecessary covid references whats annoying me to no end is that lil bitch isaac. Like sorry but if my bf chatted up a random girl at a bar, got her number on his takeaway coffee like a scene out of a romcom and stayed up texting her until 2 am i would be murderous how is that in any way normal or appropriate… 🤨

batemans SUPPOSED to be elitist and misogynistic and racist and basically a dick all around why do women who read it regard it with appalled surprise?? the books supposed to drag the upperclass its a satire, ur supposed to hate bateman, not relate to him or approve of his actions, and definitely not agree with his choice of victims being mostly women

its like it girl by cecily von ziegsar bit with murder and more men
