Book slump buster. Hooked from page one. Haven’t put this down. Only stopping for my Kindle to charge. 😢 This book is crazy good so far. SO MUCH has happened already. And I think it’s about to get wild.

I knew saving this for September and officially in the Autumn months was the right call. 2 chapters in and it’s giving all I hoped for.

We get it. They purr.

Is it me? Am I the problem? Because this has a near perfect rating and I am struggling to see why right now. My main gripe is the irrational enemies/hate the FMC has toward who is obviously the MMC. It’s so unwarranted at this point. He didn’t even do anything yet. Then her woe is me, martyrdom disguised as selflessness is grating on my nerves. Also, why do I hate books when they’re on a boat.
