Feeling kind of stuck at this point. I’m having a hard time connecting to the characters which ultimately leaves me unmoved at the end of the chapters. I really want to love this, badly. The premise is me in book form which made me excited but I’m just so indifferent about everything at this point. I just need SOMETHING, you know? I hope it hits me soon.

What I hate about mysteries and thrillers is that I’m extremely trusting so I never know when the author is deliberately trying to throw us off or if something different is really about to hit the fan 😭

Damn, chapter 3 really could be a novel in and of itself. It also hurt as a girls girl to see things end like that 🥺

I really love how each chapter seems to be its own little vignette with just one or two traits (besides the actual plot of the go-between) connecting them. Truly loving this so far
