Starting today. This one is about a forest fire so it is right in the wheelhouse of the woman who put me on to this series. This will be my last one but it has been with it.

Looks like a medical problem👏 Right up my alley.

Starting the 3rd in the series. This one is set in Mesa Verde. Never been there so could be a learning experience.

Love the mysteries but this is a comfort read. Settling in nicely with familiar characters and an interesting new story. Perfect.

Back to my Scotland author.

A very different book. We still have a great mystery but now it is all about Anna Pigeon.

Homesick. The 1st 3 chapters are wonderful description of the Isle Royale area. I love it here and it is becoming home. It is NOT the North Shore though and I can see why the girls love this book. No mystery yet but am settling in.

Homesick. I love it here and it is becoming home. But it is not the North Shore. Two chapters in and the descriptions of the Isle Royale area are terrific. No mystery yet but the author did great regional research. No wonder all the girls said I had to read this one.

A different series. Off to another hospital until Sunday. Taking this with the other in progress. My dearest sisterfriend had a college roommate who started work for the US Forest service. She was let go a year ago but remains in forestry work. She loves this darn series of like 19 books. She has them all in paperback so now I have the 1st 2. Giving them a try and will let you know. More Sunday.
