I think I know what happens now and I like don’t want to finish it’s too sad

Current thoughts are that 1.) the characters could
not be more pretentious, seriously want to know one single college senior couple who is sitting around reading Proust in French??? 2.) NOT liking the writing style 3.) actually annoying how obsessed “Jordan” is 4.) would still give it a good rating though because I am enjoying the story

Have to DNF (for the time being) way too difficult to get through. Reading it felt like trudging through molasses. Sentence structure and word choices made it so hard to follow and understand. Can’t even tell what is reality and what isn’t. Will try again later, maybe in a few years I’ll be smart enough to understand it all.

I feel like I’m having a stroke reading this. Only 20 pages in and struggling, going to push on though
