I've been reading a lot of KU these past few weeks (bc I got it for a month), and this one is starting off promising.

Continuing my reread and continuously falling behind

The February Romanceopoly study session. I'm not loving or (super) hating. It's just a little meh

This is my first time reading, and I knew it was allegorical, but I also thought it would be pretty heavy handily condemning certain groups, but it feels like Orwell's got smoke for everybody. This is also reminding me about the importance of physical media

I'm rereading as an ARC because the author is rereleasing!

Finished part 1 reading with a group then gonna implement. We'll see

It took me a little to get into this one but I'm really enjoying an yes my heart is breaking a little

I want to read more classics and reread some of the things I read when I was younger so this is a nice two in one.

I'm convinced I only remembered the first line, and in the first couple pages I'm already tickled.

My book has 334 pages and this count is out of 400 so I just want to put that on the record.

I don't think I liked this book? The characters are kinda boring, and it's reminding me a lot of another book that's really popular that I didn't like but I can't remember the name. Similar shtick of college kids and the mains not actually being together at first so we see a lot of their life. I think this specific new adulty age isn't my thing but I'll finish this one

Rereading one of my fave series from childhood. I remember being so scared reading these, and I never actually finished the series. Let's see if I do this time.

Still not done...

I really wanted to like this book (especially because I have an ARC of the sequel waiting to be read after this one), but there are TOO many POVs that I think it's going to take me longer to chug through it all. Four perspectives and each one referencing a ton of different people is too much

I started reading this in the morning. It's more than 12 hours later and I have yet to finish the prologue, but a book that makes you feel THAT viscerally just a few pages in? Phew. I think it's gonna be a tough one.

So far very funny and also quite enlightening! Love
