In Fr. James Mallon’s book, “Divine Renovation”, his main point is how a parish can become a place to making dynamic, disciples of Christ. Fr. Mallon champions Alpha. He doesn't shy from difficult topics (sex abuse scandal). Fr. Mallon does have a tendency to become repetitive and go in depth more than the reader may need or desire. The book is a full of ideas for those looking to transform and grow their parish.
