Ffs, I get it, you're always horny around each other. The fantasy plot is so promising but what the heck do we need so many sex scenes for?

Long overdue read

I dislike the Caraval series with my whole being but I never make the correct decisions, so.

One more character waking up not knowing where they are and I'm gonna lose it.

The contradictions in Vin's character are getting more annoying the more I read. She has been with the people OF HER KIND for months and she still questions their intentions, whether they're trustworthy, etc. This would have been acceptable, but taken together with her seemingly unwavering trust on a nobleman who's literally a member of their abusers purely based on vibes and verbal representation, NAH. I'm not sold.

Effy is annoying as fuck.

I could barely get through this. Tell me why I'm only 240 more pages and all Ive read are back stories, and useless fillers. The only reason why I'm getting through this is VE Schwab being a fantastic writer. But imma trust the process. The last few pages might still redeem this (i hope).
