DNF
If I read the MMC say "I can't do that to my family" one more time I'm going to rage.

Strongly fighting the urge to DNF. This book is too long. And it's just not really holding my interests

My checkout on libby lapsed twice because it was such a chore to pick this up. It was almost too whimsical and quirky that the story just got lost. I don't think I'll check it out for a 3rd time to finish. DNF.

I'm just so lost and confused and I guess I'm not even to the part that gets lost and confusing. From other reviews i guess there is even more commotion and a climax around 50 something The percent. The body horror isn't bothering me as much as i thought it would. But there is just way too much going on, that it's just not enjoyable. DNF for me.

So my loan was automatically returned at 64 percent, and I really just have no desire to wait another 16 weeks to listen to a grown man feel sorry for himself.so I guess it's a DNF 🤷‍♀️

I could not care any less about any of these characters. I've made it this far, I don't want to DNF but also, I am not having a good time.

Omg this book is a bore and not to mention the miriade of other problems. Just know it's not a thriller at all 😩 DNF @47%

I'm glad everyone else loved this but clearly Katherine Center is not for me.

Dnf at 24 percent. I am just not connecting to these characters. And I want to do anything else rather than pick this book up again. I am bummed because everyone seems to adore this.

Honestly I'm just so bored already, and then I went digging into the reviews to see if it gets better, and I saw the controversy around the book. So I think I'll be DNFing this one and learning about Ana Mendita instead.

I'm going into this with no expectations except that 3 book tubers I watch have read it and 2 of them gave it 5 stars (the other one a 4 star) and they all said "what the f* did I just read" in the end 🤣

Yeah sorry, I can't even push to finish this.

I need this book to pick up the pace, I'm so bored.

Really not enjoying the format of this. Going backwards is just making it confusing. I'd much rather jump around in time...

Why is this book so long???

Dnf at 21 percent. I just found this so boring and repetitive.

Why is this book so long? It has parts that are keeping me intrigued, which is why I haven't DNFd yet, but I'm struggling.

Had to put it down and come back. Not necessarily because of the book, but I read the first two in the series before starting this and I think I was a little rom-com'd out. However after picking it back up, I am loving it. I may have to consider changing the ratings on the other two a bit, because I think this one is my favorite so far!
