When there’s a clear love triangle being presented and for what ever reason mc is focusing on the wrong corner 😒

The “best friend” is on THIN ice. I am loving this book even if has been slow progress moving through it. Though I think that is a my life problem not a pacing issue.

I think you’re going to break my rating scale.

Minor plot hole/inconsistency pg 141 and 148

I’m having a hard time with the narration of the famous person’s life. I have not read anything that makes me care about her life (especially since she’s telling it from the conception of her family branch apparently). I love the story between the two mc’s but I’m leaning toward dnf at this point.

This book has me waffling between tears and smiling like an idiot.
