I've abandoned the book. The writing and story were a bit too amateur for me. In time, with practice, and a fuller life lived, the author may turn out to be one I would want to read.

Kent Johnson is finished with The Fall of Billy Hitchings (A John Reeves Novel)
Pretty good story. Writing was good, dialog good and Kirkus developed his characters well with the exception of the jerk who is his fiancee's boss. Could have perhaps given a little more background. Ended a bit too fast and strange for my tastes and left me wondering what happens to Billy.
