The copy i have is of terrible quality so pages have started to fall out and the cover is breaking. So i can only read this at home lol

Orpheus and Eurydice named Orfeo and Heurodis, where she gets kidnapped by faeries and he is a king

Finished Pearl, a story about loss and grief. Told to be a father and young daughter who passed away. He sees a vision of him in his dream. I liked the start and ending the best.

Just finished sir gawain and the green knight, my first middle english poem. Translated by Tolkien of course. It’s a very good starter if you’re ever interested in diving into Arthurian tales. It had a bit of horror aspects to it also. But with this author’s great description of things i could almost see the knight before me myself. Really a must read!
