It’s picking up but starting to become very predictable 🥹 still vibing but it’s starting to feel very similar to other series that I love

Loving it. I’m praying that it keeps up through the end of the series because this is shaping up to be a top 5 fantasy series for me.

Im struggling with wanting to know what happens while also having readers fatigue because of the sheer volume of this book. It’s insane. The next one HAS to be shorter or I may have to skip it.

I’m still having a good time but I’d be having a better time if this book was shorter.

Ok so we went from 0 to 🌶️ in 1/2 a chapter BUT I’m still giggling and kicking my feet at this book.

You never know what you’re getting into with these KU books sometimes but so far I’m really enjoying this. The FMC is funny and interesting and I’m excited to see if the author can finish as strong as it started.

I’m finding it really hard to motivate myself to read this, but that could just be my reading slump.

Every book by this author is basically the same story in a different font. At least the characters in this version are tolerable & there hasn’t been any musical breaks (yet)

Here we go again with (most likely) another wildly unrelatable and borderline unreadable book in this series. Will I enjoy it? Probably not. Will I still hate read it in its entirety? Yep.

I don’t think SJM could cram any more information into the first 3 chapters if she tried. The info dumping is overwhelming and I remember why this series was the toughest for me to get into out of her catalog. With that said…. ITS WORTH IT. The CC universe is so vast and different than her other series, but it does get better! Stick with it.
