I’d give this a 3.5. It was VERY disturbing and could have been 100+ pages less. Still a good thriller but not the best I’ve read.

Nicole Egger is starting Without Merit

I love Hoover’s writing style. She gets you hooked from the first line, developing characters so well, you feel like you know them. This book was touching and funny at parts as well. Highly recommend.

I love Mary Higgins Clark. I’ve been reading her for years. This book was just okay. Great plot, but there was way too much internal dialogue. The internal dialogue was cheesy to boot. Very predictable and a somewhat blah ending. The book was entertaining and kept me interested, but I wouldn’t recommend. MHC has way better books out there.
