“Fears about cultural displacement far outweighed…” everything (Loc 4105). I really hate this book, had to move from audiobook to kindle so I could skim, because the topic is so difficult, and so familiar, to me. While her examples of conservative evangelicals are far more liberal than the fundie world I left, they are so familiar that I can only take this in very small doses. Fury rage horror dismay action
