My mother is insisting I read this one so…

I've been in kind of a reading slump so I've put this one down and picked it up quite a bit. I'm almost done though, one last "book" left in this behemoth!

Gonna have to speed read bc I forgot I had borrowed this and it’s due back in two days😬

It’s going slow… I’ll finish eventually.

So far, it's a good book. The writing style is lovely sometimes, but it's overall very "magazine," if you know what I mean. It's a slow read, but not a bad one so far. Hoping it picks up a bit.

So far I’m really into this one… not sure why all the bad reviews. The heroine is a little obtuse, but not that bad.
