I kept seeing this book pop up in my GR feed being read by friends, it was available on Kindle Unlimited, and I’m SO happy I gave it a shot.

I started reading it EARLY this morning and I was immediately hooked. I’m sure I’ll start the 2nd book if not finish it, by the end of the wknd 🤪

Honestly, I didn’t want to like this book… bc obviously it’s a cheesy romance…but here I am… having a hard time putting it down 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

PRE-READ: Amazon Prime Video has adapted this book into a series. Therefore, I need to read the book prior to watching it because as all of us readers know, the book is ALWAYS better.

Here’s to my summer beach read and hoping that if romance is involved, the girl chooses herself! 🥂

I’m headed to a longggg over due beach vacation next week.

I’m still trying to sort out how I feel about this book and push through to finish it.

I can relate to the narrator’s clinomania, numbness, and desire to sleep to escape life.

However, the narrator is insensitive, conceited, selfish, and immoral.

This one is taking me awhile. It’s not one that I automatically want to devour. I’m making myself finish it though.

I don’t know what I thought this book was going to be about. What it is, isn’t at all what I thought though.

I am so close to the end and finishing it, I’m scared though. Anyone else get that when coming to the end of a book?
