Very interesting history of Biltmore Industries in western North Carolina, including the impact it had on the community. The story is told through the eyes of 2 main characters — one is a woodworker and the other is a weaver — they seem destined to be together but their insecurities & past trauma get in the way.

An engaging read, so far!
