I couldn’t stomach Tender is the Flesh but really agree with the sentiment that it should be required reading for meat eaters. This is so good so far and from what i know not explicitly gory- maybe this should be the required reading!

It is so cool of me that I grew up to be Andi. This was a childhood favorite on par with Harry Potter. Such a quick and fun reread- the audiobook is only 3 hours. I’m excited to reread the sequel and to read the third book for the first time!
