Fantastic book! Most definitely on my reread list. It was one of those keep me on the edge of the seat books. The heroine in the story had to prove she was worthy to rule a kingdom that was a mans world. I loved the history behind the story, definitely a must read

The night was dark and the streets where empty.... Did I grab your attention? This book was totally awesome my wife and I read it around Christmas time and have us an appreciation for where the story came from. Definitely a breathe of fresh air for the beloved Charles Dickinson.
