The Jewish people or referred as as mice in world war 2 are hiding in a bunker from the Nazis or katz and they are starved this sets the mood of depression, scarcely, fright, nervousness, and overwhelmed.

The father is talking about his life a bit after being taken in from the war camp by his father-in-law. He might get a job or taken back to a camp by the Nazis on the streets.

The father in the book is telling about his son's old mother who died and the sickness she had and what they used to do together. The father will maybe reveal a secret about the old mother.

The main character is mostly bone he has positive traits like kindness, funny, a good person, and positive.

I selected this book because I have liked the bone series since I was 10. I think the book is like a mix of comedy, adventure, action, and fantasy I fulfills all the things I want in a book. I think the village will be ambushed by a crowd of rat creatures and it will lead to tons of disaster.
