In chapter one is satirizing political leaders by relating them to animals on a farm, such as making the biggest political leader a pig.

A minor character in the book is Luke, Alice’s ex boyfriend. The purpose of Luke in this story is that he is a bad influence on Alice. Alice chooses to break up with Luke so that she could hang out with her friend Harvey. Alice learns that Luke is mean and helps one of her other friends, Tyson to get back at Luke.

The authors tone in this book is fearful because Aza has to deal with her inner fear spiral of germs and bacteria, that almost never stop.

Something the author makes me curious about is why Starr doesn’t tell anyone that she’s the witness. If she had stood up for her friend people wouldn’t be calling him a thug and a drug dealer.

The inciting incident is when Starr goes to the party with Kenya. This is the inciting incident because if she didn’t go to the party she wouldn’t have run out with Khalil when gunshots were fired.

The character Ethan fits the archetype of caretaker of Bailey because he loves and takes care of him.

This book is character driven because the book is about how Bailey died nd was reborn into a different body and has to learn that he isn’t the same dog that he used to be.

A significant moment in my book is when Toby and his brother flash stand up for their sister. Toby gets bitten in the leg and his leg is unusable. He later dies to move on to his new life.

I can connect the text to the world because in this book people are judging the girls good and bad, while in the world people judge others for every action.

The author uses indirect characterization by having the characters think about actions that they have done beforehand, therefore revealing the character’s personality traits.

If I could ask the main characters three things I would ask them this. Why do they trust people they don’t know? Why do they walk into abandoned houses in the middle of the desert? Why do they believe every word a stranger says?

The intended audience of this book is adults because almost all of the characters are adults. The author wants a imaginative person to read this book so that they know the story almost as if they were in it themselves.

The conflict is character vs. character because the king orders to have her(forgot how to spell her name) killed but she came up with a series of short stories to delay her death.

An unsympathetic character in this book is Lucas because he trys to kill Danielle many times. He even followed her into an ally way to kill her.

The book takes place in the modern era in London. If this story didn’t take place in London Danielle would not have met Ethan because she would not have gotten lost.

I chose this book because it was the only book in the house that was unpacked.

The protagonist in my book is Danielle, she is from America but is staying with her uncle in London. She easily gets lost and struggles to find her way back
