Oh my god this book is so good I’m obsessed

I’m enjoying this book so far and everything, but mainly I just wanted to mention how ergonomically satisfying this book is. Like it is so physically pleasing to hold. It’s a slightly smaller than average paperback and the cover is that soft material with those glossy letters. It’s just so nice omg.

I’m not sure why this book gets so much hate. I’ve heard people say “It has no plot,” but I don’t really think that’s a bad thing. I’m not bored with it, at least for now. So far it’s a nice change of pace from what I normally read, and I’m enjoying it.

The first time that I read this book was when I was ~10 years old, so it’s pretty strange to be reading it again when I’m the same age as Katniss.

Ok so it was pretty obvious that he was going to be Poseidon’s son, but the whole promise between Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades was a surprise.

I need to stop reading sad books for a little bit. People die all the time in real life, so why do they have to die in books too?

Natalie just showed Trevor all the flyers she made about Coach Holmes and if he’s embezzling the money or not. Also, Natalie and Trevor are totally going to end up as a couple, with the same most likely true for Randi and Gavin.
