Having trouble with a couple things: 1) everyone is ignoring the obvious explanation of one of the central mysteries in the book. That’s not good, since in a mystery/thriller, the author is probably trying to save that up as the real solution. 2) protagonist suffers from crippling anxiety, yet has no problems with it once the story gets rolling.
