Having a hard time being motivated to finish this one-I just don’t care as much at this point and I’ve figured out what the twist is already (I believe!).

So far I’ve been made more sure of our choice to homeschool and also learned that we are so desperate to not take responsibility for anything in our lives that we will grasp at any diagnosis or “trauma” to explain why we make poor choices. Very informative and hard to read (i.e. convicting). Everyone should read this book!

Okay I’m starting to like this A LOT more than when I started.

This book started off promising but is quickly losing my interest. The amount of times the author has felt it necessary to say the main male character took his shirt off so far because he gets hot when he trains? 5 times. Too many times 😂

I’m not sure about this yet. The magic system of Providence cards feels like tarot cards and the creature (Nightmare) she has in her head feels like a demon? and I’m not a fan. Maybe I’m reading into it too much. We will see. Not sure if I’ll finish this one
