Asia and Cody and Micah were all trying to still prepare for the fundrasier. They still did not know what to get for the fundrasier. They were getting a truck donated and that is about all they had. They were going to get barbeque for the food but had no one to pick it up for them.

Auggie had facial deformations and he had to have multiple surgeries do to it. He was homeschooled his whole life until 5th grade. His 5th grade year he started going to public school. He had many mixed emotions because he didn't want to get bullied. At the end of the year he decided it was the best year ever because he made so many friends and they all treated him just like a normal kid.

They had a upcoming rodeo. Cody and Micah and Asia were all in it. Cody got in a wreck a couple hours before and when he went to the doctor, he come out with his arm in the spling. He dislocated it and the doctor said it would be 4-6 weeks. So he is missing some of the rodeo.

Asia and Cody got into a fight but cody doesn't like to argue. Asia kept going on and on about any and everything. Micah and Cody went to the fishing spot and saw Asia there but it didn't bother Cody he still drove up and got out with Micah.

They were getting ready for the fundraser they were having so they were doing prepartions for that. They were sorting m&ms by color and then they were on the way to school. At school a teacher asked Cody how it was like being with his dad.

Cody asked Rea if her dad still needed help on the tractor. He was working and it broke down. They were supposed to do stuff to the engine but he had already gotten it.

After Asia told everyone about the truck, they went crazy. They did not believe that they were getting a donated new truck. They all agreed that if it looks good or no they will take it because it is free. They thought about that for a while. After that, they were looking for Cody. They went outside and saw him and kierra together and Micah could not believ what they were seeing.

They were talking about the fundraiser and they want to do it outside. They hope it is good weather so they can do it outside. As they were talking, the bell rang and Cody had homework. Then they saw Asia racing down the hallway and screaming that she got a truck donated.

Cody was agreeing to everyone about having a fundrasier. They were planning on having it outdoors if it would be good weather. Cody asked for half of their kit kat and they said he could have half but then he decided he did not want to eat it until later. They were questioning him to why but he just slid his hand under his leg and when he did that he thinks he might have hurt himself.

Kierra and Kaesha were making a website for something because Micah and Cody had no clue how to. They worked on it and Micah and Cody were planning a party to go along with the site. They all agreed it would be better to wait until the web page was done.

Cody, Asia, and Kierra were working on poems. They had to find pictures but Asia did not know how to do that. Her and Kierra are not very good friends and so she jut went to kierra for a little bit to get the information on how to upload pictures and every information she needed for the poem assignment.

After they found the horse, Rocky, they took him to the dr. Dr. Katy was the doctor they went and saw. She took him and did examinations. She did all kinds of stuff. After she finally got a good look at Rocky, they wanted to ask Dr. Katy what was wrong with him but they knew she din't want to talk when she was examming him.

They were looking outside and they saw a shadow by a tree. They went to look and see and a horse was lying there but would not get up. They didn't know how to tell people/ others that the horse had died. they were upset and did not really know how to respond to it.

All of the kids in Cody's "friend group" went to get ice cream after school. Asia thought that she saw Cody driving with his arm around Kierra while Asia was parking her car. She saw him have 1 hand on the wheel and the other behind the chair. She could not really tell though. So he opened the door for her assisting her by is hand and then held the girl to go in the store. They got ice cream in the store.

They had put Asia's name on the board to be voted on for secretary. They took all the votes and they were gonna count those at the end of the day. They had so many. While Cody and Asia were sitting down at the table, Kierra was getting "water" and saw them. As she was looking at them, she accidentally got lemonade and drank it. This could mess with her because she is anerexic.

Asia's dad was not home so she was home alone. She was watching a cooking show and she said she loved the cooking shows because they used a room about the size of her living room. Every commercial, she exercised. She ran up and down the stairs, high knees, jogged in place, she did a lot. She started feeling a little sick thought but she just went up stairs to get ready for school

When they clled kierra over to them at lunch, they told her that the secretary quit. Asia and Cody told her that she should run for secretary. Kierra said that she would not win because no one would vote for her. Cody and Asia both said they would so they finally convinced her o put her name on the ballot and go for it.

At lunch, Asia and Cody were trying to get kierra to come sit with them at lunch to talk. They were hollering across the cafeteria and trying there hardest and she finally heard them. She came over there and started talking to them. Kierra and Kaesha do not get along like Cody, Asia, and Kierra do. They cannot figure out why.

They were getting back into the truck and Asia asked if she should tryout for the court this year. The people she was with told her if she did not she was crazy. She had a chance for being crowned the rodeo queen. She would get a crown and everything. Then she started talking about the dinners she gets with her father on daddy-daughter night. Everyone of these nights they fixed whatever they wanted.

Asia and Cody and his friend that Asia doesn't like went o a horse riding competition. They rode and when it was time for them to put the horses back in the thing, Cody just wanted to ask Asia why she didn't like his friend. He knew she would get mad so he didn't but he thought she was cool.

Cody and his GF were at school. A girl came up to Cody and was talking to him so his girlfriend left and in 2nd block was all mad at him. He said that she was just asking if he could tell her where her class is because she could not find it. She didn't listen to Cody and got all mad and told him to stop talking to other girls. She didn't understand why she was so mad, they had been together for 1 year now.

They found Cody moving the scale in the bathroom to between the toilets and thought no one would see it. He hadn't been eating anything and his GF was worried. He said he just hadn't been hungry but he wanted it to be a secret. After they stopped worrying with that, they went to try to help in the cow pen but it was raining so they all got side track and started playing in the mud and throwing things at each other.

Her dad wanted to go to the horse race but the dog had just got home. When her dad told her that she refused to leave Blue(the dog). They finally just took the dog with them and Blue was asleep. When he woke up he was so jumpy and excited which was a good thing. They had to tell him to settle down because they were scared he was gonna reinjure himself.

When the dog got hurt from the horse it had to get shots in its hip. They finally got to take it home and it slept a lot because of the injections. Cody and his girlfriend went to ride horses like they do every Sunday. They went to a diner and ate and let the horses run around. They didn't stay as long because of the dog though.

They were messing around with the horses and checking all the gates so they didn't get out but when their dad was home he saw the same thing they were seeing... their dogs head was pouring blood and so they had to call the vet and let the dr. know they were coming.

In the beginning of the book, they start introducing the characters. They tell the names and that they like to do lots of things with animals.

His dad said he needed to get a license because he always is going places. He always drives his mom places and so now if he gets his license, he can drive without his mom and by himself. At the end of the story, they explain why they chose to write about an African American women acting like a white little boy.

When it was getting for him and his dad they started to talk more about the Army and how it was going. After that, he helped his dad to bed and the next morning his sister and mom came home. He told them that he didn't really know if Amy was the one but only time could tell. His dad us to serve also. He said that you could almost not see it at al tht when he walks he drags his foot.

Ton went into the Army and when he came back home for a little bit, he just couldn't get over the fact of how awkward it was with him being with his dad. He didn't understand how he could be with dad a couple months ago and do everything together and now he can barely talk to him because he thinks it is so awkward.
