Still loving this book. Very much scripture based.

Wow. I really really love this book. Francis Chan discusses how far our America idea of church has strayed from the New Testament church. But he’s not spouting of his own ideas. He’s pulling everything directly from scripture. I’ve wanted to study this problem for a long time and I’m really glad I found a book that addresses this issue with Christ’s biblical commands for the Chirch.

Seems like a really good book so far. Details a lot of the “big questions” people have. Seems a bit more detailed than necessary. 50 pages of notes and 20 pages of intro is a bit much!!!!
