Two common misconceptions
-After WWII: to imagine that propaganda can achieve all things and a man can be talked into anything provided the talking is sufficiently loud and cunning.
-Before: voice of the people as the voice of God and the task of the leader to follow.
--Fundamental error in both: regarding "the mob" as identical of the people.

I'm mesmerized by this book! How can someone describe leaving your land behind so beautiful! I just want to copy a whole chapter here!
