I'm only halfway through the second chapter and oh my goodness this book reads like a 16yo's first attempt at original fiction. It's not Bad, per se, but it lacks any level of professional polish.

Holy shit the DRAMA. Also an excellent way to maintain the tension of a fight scene while writing very little actual combat. Kudos.

Finally got back to reading this. I was reading it before bed, but it was just too entertaining to be a before-bed read.

Highly informative, but a little dry. As long as I listen in short sessions, I'm really doing alright.

THE MAIN CHARACTER IS TRANS!!! I'M SCREAMING (in a good way tho - I really am so so happy to see myself represented in this amazing book).

Still slow and cozy, even through the big tense moments. It's just really easy to keep on reading.
