In the book The Hiding Place, Corrie and the people who were living at the Beje all went to jail because they were housing jews. Corrie is still very sick and had to go to the hospital, when she returned she was placed in a cell all alone. I wonder why she was placed in a cell all alone? I wonder if it had to do something with going to the doctor?

On page 90 when Corrie is describing the scene where the police come in looking for the 2 jewish brothers. The police did not find them, but I feel like the police will soon find them because all of the stuff going on. This reminds me of the holocaust and when the police were going around looking for jews. My latest thought about this is how were they able to think of the hiding spot they for for the brothers?

What is the secret room? What is in it? Why is it a secret?

Where I am in the book right now,I now know that this is a young adult book and is slightly romantic. I have gotten to the part where Callie has got to her dad and Abuela's house and she is very happy that she is there. She told her friends to come over for her birthday and is finally starting to become somewhat happy again. I am wondering if her and Mitch will date since she asked him and he said he needs some time.

As i have started reading this book I have started to realize that this is a young adult book. I enjoy this book because it switches from 2 perspectives Callie and Millie. They are opposites, until Callie gets caught for vandalizing Millies uncle's gym and is forced to work there with Millie and they find out that they actually get along well. I am wondering if they will become good friends or just not talk at all.

Currently in my book it has became more of a romantic book. Trevor and Carolina have went on their first date to a pizza restaurant, and they had a really good time. On the walk back to Trevor's house they had their first kiss and they both really enjoyed it. I hope that their relationship works out because they are both similar to were they don't like their friend groups they were forced into.

Currently where I am in my book I have found this book to be a romantic book, but also trying to figure out who you are in high school. In this book Carolina has locked eyes on this boy named Trevor who is struggling with family problems, also like her. They went to a party and have now started talking. I wonder what will happen, if they will go on a date, or if nothing will happen at all? I hope they go on a date.

This book is mostly about romance. Bettina is going off with a man named Cowboy and she isn't telling her dad about it. She had a talk with Brady and how she didn't like how he has been acting, he said that it was because he was under a large amount of stress. He has changed to how Battina likes him acting. I wonder how much longer they will be together for, because of her love for Cowboy?

I think this book is about love and finding yourself. In the book Bettina a outcast has recently started going out with a guy named Brady and she thinks that she is a really great guy, then school starts again and he kind of leaves her out when he is talking to his friends from basketball. I wonder why he always leaves her out while talking to his friends? Is he embarrassed of her?

I'm beginning to see that the main idea of the book is love. I think this because all that the narrator talks about is the main characters love for this girl that he has just recently started talking to. He talks about how they moved in together and how they both have stuff in common. I wonder if they will stay together until the end of the book because he mentioned something about the girl leaving him.

D.J is confused to why Brian showed up to her farm but then soon comes to find out that he was there to help bail hay and his football coach sent him. There is big competition vs the two towns Red Bend and Hawley and D.J hates Hawley. Why does D.J hate Brian for what school he goes to? I wonder if it is something more than just that? I bet that they will probably become friends and that they will help each other out.

Dumplin' is confused what is going on between her and Bo. I'm confused to why she just won't date him because she likes him and he likes her and wants to date her. Dumplin' and El have became friends again and Dumplin' has told El everything what has been going on in her life and about Bo. I am very happy that her and El are friends again. I wonder if Bo and Dumplin' will ever date? Since they both like each other.

Willowdean has now entered the pageant and is quite satisfied with it except for the fact that her and Ellan are in a fight and have been for weeks now. She went back to work at Harpys after her car broke and she found out she needed more money. I wonder if she will ever resolve things with Bo and they will ever become friends again? I wonder if Mitch and her will go anywhere with there relationship?

In my book, Willowdean is having trouble with her best friend El, she doesn't know if she wants to tell her what she has been doing with Bo behind her back and not telling her. Her and Bo are no longer seeing each other and she is going on a date with Mitch. Why did Bo and Willowdean stop seeing each other? Is it because she is getting jealous of him?

In my book, Dumplin' , Willowdean has to take a shift after school at her work. She has a crush on her manager, Bo, but he doesn't know it. She is also having a hard time with Lucy's death, her aunt, but it is getting easier for her everyday. I wonder why she doesn't tell Bo that she likes him?

In my book, nothing special, Felton decides to call Jerri and tell her everything about what is happening in Florida and why they went there in the first place. Surprisingly she wasn't that mad my parent would be way more mad at me if I did this, Jerri just told them ok and they are going to get yelled at and into trouble when they get home. I wonder what kind of punishment she is going to give them?

Felton and Gus are on their way to Florida to figure out what Andrew is doing and who he is with. Felton is thinking that Andrew is with his dads family and with his cousin named Tovi.

Felton is stuck at the airport and he doesn't know if he should stay at Chicago overnight or go to Atlanta and try to catch a flight in 3 minutes. He decides to use his emergency credit card and stays in a nice hotel overnight in Chicago.

Felton and Jerri are finally reconnecting again, his grandma came to his house to help figure out what was wrong with his mom and he ended up finding everything out about his dad and how he was a horrible person. I wonder if Felton will go back and play football?

Felton was talking to Jerri telling her that she should get her life back on track and stop being lazy but she doesn't listen to him. She also isn't making any sense when she is talking to Felton.

Reflection: Why doesn't Felton ask someone for help to get his mom to start acting like a mom again?

Felton is trying to figure out what is wrong with his mom while trying to also hangout with his football friends and Aleah. Why doesn't he just ask another adult for help with his mom?

Pete's grandpa is having a really hard time remembering things and he finally just confessed to Pete and he doesn't want Pete to tell his mother. Why doesn't he want Pete to tell his mother? I think he doesn't want Pete to tell his mother because he will make him get help and he doesn't want to have to get help from anyone.

I'm thinking about why doesn't he try to fix his elbow more so he can continue playing sports?
