Winnie is the lead character in her second book she’s travelled to the country that has only just finished eating with hers tried to help heal the “rot” that the wicked wizard spread she was kidnapped and forced to bond with kygo the dragon now they are trying to work out the after effects of the bonding an ability to see and use life force magic..

Wow that moved fast. All living together Edgar thinking Lou wants him dead Della falling for Harry but him teasing her in retaliation for Fia messing Jess (his niece) about by flirting with Sammy in LA. Lou sleeping with Tom ew! Remy dropping Tallia because she doesn’t want children and her showing her meaner side.

Della sounds money grabbing and Tom has endorsed that as well as trying to bed Lou so fast. Captain Oates doesn’t like Della it’s a sign. Also Toms lying about sketching her, felt like a red flag and an echo of Brett (Husband).

Liking the cantankerous old man. The dilemma of being unemployed and homeless that was needed for the story to move forward was generated in a relatively plausible way. I’m currently finding the scatty friend more attractive.
