This might be a bit more deep then I was anticipating. Three different stories happening in the different areas then I’m assuming we’ll converge at some point? I’m also wondering if this is fantasy or sci-fi lol. Maybe a mix?

Well, it definitely has my attention at this point. Seems to have picked up now that we’re getting towards the end. Not sure why the beginning 50% of a book feels slow but the last feels fast. Weird.

So I figured out one thing which made me feel a bit slow lol. Still enjoying it.

Hmm, I’m interested, that’s about all I’ve got right now, lol.

Still enjoying it for the most part. Ignoring the little issues and just vibing.

Okay, so I might be seeing some of the hype. However, I’m also seeing a few things that bother me. I can ignore them and just enjoy the vibes, they don’t overly bother me to the point that I’m not enjoying the book overall. I can’t unsee what I’ve seen tho, so it’s still there even if I overlook it for the moment.

Hmmm, I have thoughts I’m just not sure how to phrase them. Overall I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read, kinda sitting at a four right now. We’ll see how things continue.

Having to do some immersive reading on this one. Not sure if the accent of the person reading the audio book is Scottish or Irish (bad at differentiating accents, those two options may even be wrong too lol), but it’s making listening at over 2.6 speed interesting.

Hmmm, slight improvement…slight, lol.

I’m really hoping at this point already that the main character becomes less irritating at some point lol. Really soon. Cause the way they are irritating me at this point so early in the book is really bad.

I’ve heard this book is supposed to be better than book one but when does that start? I feel like I’m pulling teeth to get through this book for some reason and I think it’s because of one perspective. One perspective is making me not want to pick up and read this which is kinda sad.

Huh. I didn’t see a few of those twists coming at the end of book one. Wonder where this one will be taking me.

I still have so many question’s at this point, lol. I’m also wondering about books two and three now considering what has happened in book one. Hopefully it doesn’t mean what I think.

As always I’m wondering where this idea going. I know that the title says the road of bones but can we get off it lol, or have something happen that’s a bit different then what has been on the road? I’m curious about the magic in this world that has barely been scratched at so I’m going to keep reading.

There is so much going on. There are so many runs that were started in all the previous books that have been building and compiling since. I’m wondering if this will end up being more than 10 books all things considered.

This one seems to be dragging a bit to get into unlike the others. Not sure why. Maybe it’s the tone? It still has some comedic lines and scenario’s but you can tell it’s darker after everything that has happened up to this point and what’s coming in the future.

Things seem to be getting more and more complicated but they’re all still such a fun read.

This book series is so much fun! I’ve binge read three in two days and started the fourth. If I didn’t have work in the morning I’d keep reading. I hope that this book will be just as good as the first three!

Not as fun as book one was, probably as the characters have a handle on things for the most part going into this one. It’s still a fun read so far though.

So much time hopping and perspectives.

Needed something different from the norm so trying this out. Not really sure what it’s about outside of a mystery/thriller. Hoping it’ll surprise me.

I’m kinda trying to figure out who is who a bit still lol. The story is an interesting premise in its retelling. Kinda wondering how the rest of them will work.

I’m not sure I’m vibing with this book right now. I might be soft DNFing it.

I’m not sure what I’m thinking about this yet. After reading the housemaid and how bad things can get, I still felt in the mystery thrill horror mood, so picked this up. It’s not really holding up though, after how bad things can get. Maybe it’ll pick up?
