I’m so glad to be back to reading this book! This chapter talked about your genetic predisposition on habits. Pick the right things to be good at, and your chance of success is so much higher

Example in the book: Michael Phelps was an Olympian swimmer, he was 6’4ā€ with long body and legs. It makes swimming easy, but he wouldn’t be AS great at long distance running, as every pound is weight and slows u down
