I feel like I’ve been reading forever, and I’m so invested. It feels like the book is going to end soon but there’s still 50% to go?! Cant wait to see what happens. Also, side note, I’m glad Katia is getting a bit more interesting.

Immediately started this because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. 11% in and I’m already crying 😭

I’ve immediately picked this up to read next. This series feels addictive.

I've heard so much raving about this book series. I've never played DnD before, but I used to love RPG games when I was a kid. So far I'm enjoying this kind of genre, LitRPG is pretty unique.

I hadn't meant to pick this up so soon but I couldn't stop thinking about this story after finishing the first book last week, so here I am.

I loved this. I actually miss the YA paranormal romances of the 00's and early 2010's era.

We’ve only just got to the reveal of the zombies and I’m actually enjoying the story, the build up has really built the suspense and now the aftermath happens.

I remember wondering why this book took so long to get started with the zombies. But this time round, knowing what’s coming and understanding story structure a bit more, I appreciate the longer intro before the zombie fighting starts so we get to see what Ali’s life is like after the death of her whole family. I don’t like the forced romance flashes she gets though 😬

Re-reading! I've been in a zombie story phase and after reading a few typical gorey zombie books, I decided I wanted to re-read this YA paranormal romance zombie story. The first tme I read this I remember going into it not knowing the zombies were spirits who would eat souls rather than the physical rise-from-the-dead zombie, so I was disappointed. But this time, I know exactly what I'm in for.

This was so good! The middle was a tad too long but overall I really enjoyed this book.

I can’t stop reading these books, Maria Snyder is very good at writing.

Are we meant to like Atlas and be rooting for him and Lor? (Pun not intended lol). Because I feel so grossed out by him and Lor feels a bit pathetic about his attention, even though I can understand why she’s acting the way she’s acting. I just know not everything is as it seems and things are going to turn to crap soon.

I like Kenji, prefer him over Adam for sure

Juliette’s really annoying, can’t wait for her character arc of getting over herself so she’s not so annoying to read.

I flew through that, it was even more enjoyable to read than I remembered.

I haven’t been able to put this down, it’s so good.

Another re-read! Not sure why I really want to give this series another try, I remember loving this book so hopefully I will like it enough to want to read the whole series.

A novella palette cleanser, plus I keep hearing how good the full Shatter Me series is once you get into later books, so I'm going to give it another go since I DNF'ed the series at book 2 nearly 10 years ago.

I did it! I finished the Throne of Glass series. It only took me 13 years and one re-read. Initial thoughts are I enjoyed the ending. Saving my other thoughts for a spoiler review.
