Jessie’s going home for 3 days!! i’m honestly really exited, but i feel like it might not feel the same when she goes back. Ethan is also warming up to her, especially when he says “Good. Eat a slice of deep dish pizza for me.” (buxbaum 233).

Jessie still thinks caleb is SN. I highly doubt it honestly. Also, jessie has a huge crush on Ethan right now, all she can think about is Ethan. She just confessed this to her friends. Jessie also found out everyone in the school knows her mom died, which surprised me because not even her friends have said anything to her yet

jessie thinks she’s found out who SN is, but i don’t think this caleb guy is actually SN....

jessie now has a job at a book store (i’m glad she’s didn’t fake a resume to work at starbucks) where she met Liam, who jessie’s friend Dri likes. jessie’s starting to like Ethan/Batman, but keeps stopping herself. personally i don’t like batman all that much, so far i like SN better...

the main character jessie has transferred to a new school and is receiving mysterious emails from somebody nobody. she is kind of a control freak in my opinion so she’s a little on edge about not knowing who this person is.

(didn’t have wifi during break) this is my favorite book this semester. it’s about this girl named chloe, who is born with a foot deformity, and gets assaulted at school :(. she has now overcome the anxiety and depression from that assault, and is helping other people around the world who also have the same deformity.

Anna got a call from Delia, saying she got mugged, she’s in the hospital, and her nose is broken. Anna looked so worried, Jeremy asked if she was ok, and is now driving her to see her sister. cute!

Jeremy and Anna went to Olivia Taylor’s house (Jeremy and olive are siblings) and going her dog still at home after she left for Vegas. I’m glad Jeremy still likes Anna after she made herself out to be a bad person.

Anna just explained why she ran away to Jeremy and includes a part about her bullying a girl in her school because her friend doesn’t like her. This scares away Jeremy, which makes sense but also makes me a little bit sad.

Delia’s soooo oblivious to the creepy things that go on near her house, like people leaving messages on her door, people looking through her windows at night, etc. Anna finally convinced Delia to let her stay at Dex’s house. Jeremy also asked to hang out with Anna, and he held hands with her!

Anna read Delia’s old emails, the ones roger sent to her a long time ago. They were super weird and confusing, just like him! Anna also keeps hearing weird noises at night when she’s alone, and sees cars outside Delia’s house. Honestly it’s kinda creepy.

Anna now has a little crush on one of the actors she’s been hanging out with. Also, I didn’t realize Lynette was that much of a “hippie”. She’s ultra mega against almost everything in society.

I really dislike Olivia Taylor. She’s an entitled used-to-be-famous actor and made Anna use her emergency card for a stupid overpriced bag.

I think it’s cool that Anna gets to go on set with her sister, but I’m a little confused about how she’s going to earn money to get back home and pay back her mom.

I finally figured out which mother is which. I thought Cora was the crazy mess and Lynette was the yoga 2 year old, but it’s the other way around. I also found out Cora isn’t really the best mother. She wasn’t proud of her daughter at all when she had been in her first movie. She said she was disgusted by the idea of having sex with her husband

Delia and Anna are getting along really well. While Rodger was a total flop, Dex, Delia’s actual boyfriend (I think?) is super funny. Delia’s also less fake around him. I’m glad Delia isn’t too mad at Anna.

I’m glad Lynette called.. I was expecting her to be a lot more harsh because Anna described her as a scary strict person. Lynette was pretty reasonable and didn’t yell at all (Lynette is the woman Anna’s mom married).

The book is a little hard to follow, but that doesn’t make it uninteresting. Right now. Delia is acting and Anna is getting bored by the terrible lines, so she’s working on an assignment given to her by Rodger which she doesn’t want to do. (42)

I’m glad Delia’s letting Anna stay for a few days to cool off. Also, the way Delia talked about her mom was really nice.. I just wish Anna wouldn’t have gotten “Cora 2.0” (p 16)

So far this book is already crazy. On page 1, it talks about how Anna’s mom was trying to get pregnant with her son... Anna has already run away from home, taking her moms credit card. She is now living with her sister Delia.

I understand why Richards not able to shorten his jail time. I just hope he’s charged as a juvenile. I wonder what color he’s wearing; hopefully not red. Probably orange.

I’m glad Sasha’s accepting hugs from Richards family. It shows what kind of person they are; a good one.

Yes! Finally Sasha’s out of the hospital! And Richards not homophobic, he didn’t even know how to spell it or what it meant exactly. He has trans friends and people in his family. Sasha and their parents also don’t want Richard to be tried as an adult. Honestly I’m glad. Hopefully Richard is charged as a juvenile instead of an adult...

I’m glad Sasha’s getting better, but I’m still upset about Richard... I’m glad Sasha’s in a routine now. Every morning they get bathed, which is their favorite part.

No!!! I’m really upset Richards going to jail, maybe even a life sentence. He’s still protecting Jamal and Lloyd... he should just tell the truth. It’s hard to believe he’s homophobic, but I guess for me it would be hard to believe a good person is homophobic.

I hate how Richard was protecting his friends and throwing himself under the bus. He said he wasn’t peer pressured into lighting the skirt on fire but he kinda was. He said he did it because he was homophobic, but I don’t believe that.

I’m really sad that Sasha got burnt... in and really disappointed Richard was the one who did it. The last thing he needed in his life right now was to get in legal trouble.

I’m glad I get to hear Richards story. It’s actually really interesting... but he didn’t have any friends and got robbed. In this story, 2012 was a bad year and I’d have to agree. Lots of criminal activity happened.

I like all the backstories, but they’re confusing me a little bit. I forget which character is which and which one is the main character.
