Had to do a reread of this bc I forgot everything

The late stage bisexual encounter just to make a political point feels very forced

She finds Times Square magical…I feel like I might not have noticed this if I wasn’t listening to the audio

Why did I take so long to start this!!!!!! This is already so good

No mention of Andre Agassi yet….Matthew….

I don’t think this book is good necessarily, but….i love it

There’s crack in this

The descriptions in this book are so good, I swore I smelled a peach…

Vampire?

Every time anything happens I find myself thinking “how convenient”

Trying to finish this today (derogatory)

This book is excellent!!!!

The whole “we travel to X planet and show them what parts of themselves are useful and worth keeping” is giving Christians on a mission trip to a third world country

Rereading the garbage I love bc I’m in a reading slump

This book is generally really good, but there’s a lot of telling instead of showing in a way that would be great to use in a high school English class but as an adult person is a little boring…

It’s a good thing I had this queued up on my kindle

NOW THAT THIS IS IN MY HANDS PREPARE TO BE SICK OF ME

This book is like 1 punch too much “telling instead of showing” it is soooo close to hitting the points it’s trying to hit about how women are blamed for men’s actions and it goes overboard every time

And just like perfume and pain, I am now growing a vintage watch hyperfixation

This book is just over saturated with self love rhetoric it’s forced and cringe instead of empowering
