Just kind of bland, generic, edgy, and predictable. I get it was a short story but it just felt okay. It was written okay, and told decently, but was obnoxiously edgy at times. Meh.

The first story was phenomenal, the characters felt so real, the sense of mystery, and how it all left you in genuine suspense. You felt these characters, you felt their regret, their frustration, and the resolution was so satisfying. I felt like I really grew with these characters. The House on Shuros Drive gets a 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The anthology as a whole will get full future review later.
