Good introduction. It talks about the history of how Latinos started off, starting with the mix between Spanish and the Indigenous, creating mestizo people. I’m looking forward to diving deeper into this.

I’m happy for Lilia. I hope she can find a way to get away from Angelo, and do what is best for her. I just hope it’s worth it for her at the end and that her and Bee are ok. It’s easy to follow along and has a writing style that isn’t confusing. I find myself following along easily and not confused at any descriptive language or plot.

The first 5 chapters are introductory but mentions lots of information that may be important for the characters.

A prologue; Harry reminisces about the past from childhood, to his grandfather, Wallis & Edward, and of course, his mother Diana. He briefs the topic of loneliness and of Nothingness. This is a prologue that dives deeply into mortality, philosophy, remembering, and loss. He speaks highly of his mother and discusses the history of the place in which he’s waiting.

I love the flow of the reading.

I love reading in the woman’s perspective, majority of the time. Thea seems so bubbly and cute and it’s a shame most don’t like her. Julian noticed her though. Her life is about to get more fucked up now that’s vampire spotted her.

My progress is going to contain spoilers so don’t read it if you don’t want that. Chapter 1; what a ride, pun intended? Honestly, if I were this vampire, I’d be asked to be staked in the heart as well. Imagine waking up and your brother whom you haven’t seen in 50 years shows up to your island resort home with a girl, tells you to find a wife, mother wants to see you, etc. It hasn’t event been an hour.💀
