*fun fact* all the little fishies in the rivers are morphing into ladies b/c of all the estrogen getting dumped in our sewage from birth control & other pharmaceuticals. THAT SHIT IS CRAZY. I did not know that, thanks Mc Cool. So far this book is pretty cool.

I'm sluggishly making my way through this, but not due to lack of interest. Miéville has permeated my dream world with the aura of New Crobuzon, constructs haunting me and all. Although I don't think this captured me as much as the only other two books I've read by him, I'm excited to finish this, sometime. Aaaah, the busy life.
