I wanted to read Dr. Jarvis' book because I have become interested in the vinegar and honey dietary supplement. This book is one of the classics that support and describe the use of this dietary supplement.

When I first moved to Raleigh in 1979 I met a 23 year old David Sedaris who was working at The Breakfast House across from the Belltower at NCSU. This was years before he wrote Naked which is humorous stories about growing up in Raleigh. I have now lived 35 years in Raleigh and find David's stories set in the Raleigh of his youth a sort of nostalgic treat of the past.
