DNF - got bored after reading 25% of it.

Incredible.

This book told us more than a decade ago that Trump was a shady dude that did shady things to many people.. How can Trump live with himself knowing he is the conman that he is? The world may never know..

I still don't know how I feel about this book, but I have zero doubts about the author's truthfulness in portraying the Filipino-American experience in Southern California. A lot of the people he interviewed for study seemed like people I knew in real life..

Dude has a history of over-exaggerating his worth, not paying taxes, lying his way toward getting what he wants, and blaming undocumented immigrants -__-" This book has taught me that Trump is a professional at being manipulative and cunning since he's been doing it for a VERY LONG TIME 😪😪👎🏽👎🏽

This book may be little, but it not a light read! I read sentences over & over to fully grasp the tyrannical parallels Mr. Snyder shows between 20th century (failed) governments and the present time..

Fascinating, fascinating man.. People really bought into his delusions of grandeur O___O I'm wondering if it's because he knows the right words to inspire people, because his WORDS seem to have more value than his actions & results..

How exciting! There's a quiz per chapter on how to be like Donald and exhaust the world's money by being a billionaire >__< And the results SHOULD be mailed to Donald Trump c/o The Trump Organization 26th floor, 725 Fifth Ave New York, NY 10022 :-P

I'm already chuckling at the way Trump fluctuates his worth at different times to the same people.. One day he says he's worth 3 billion next he's worth 9 billion, even though official bank documents state he's only worth 788 million.. HA

I am gripped. This book is too good!

I am glad I am reading this book at this moment in time. His lessons speak directly to me, and I desperately needed to learn (and be exposed to) what he is teaching in this book! He drops truth and knowledge like firebombs - impactful explosions..

The way he keeps on going despite getting fired from radio stations OVER and OVER is incredible. Wow, who knew that he was fired 5 times before now becoming one of the most influential radio figures in current times?

ARGH! I wish I could continue reading this because his stories are too engrossing and interesting but I really need to sleep now, for I am sleepy :-/ This is a REALLY good book! :) I already know I'm going to rate it 5 stars when I finish it..

I give a tremendous slow-clap to Mr. Lenard McKelvey for the second principle (which is how he divides the book chapters, e.g. 2nd principle = 2nd chapter) and how he illustrated it with his life as a juvenile delinquent. Man, he's been through A LOT in his life! Sheesh!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the first chapter :) I agree with everything he said about always remembering your "core" - where you came from and the dreams you had while you were there - because he energy of it will always keep you back on track if you ever see yourself going off-track. I also agree with his stance on reading! It's true that books will open up worlds despite where you are, physically and mentally!

I am enjoying it a lot so far! I like how he starts with WHERE he started in life, as a product of trailer parks in South Carolina. I can't wait to learn more about his journey AND to be taught the life lessons he learned along the way! He has already given me little good nuggets through his preface and the first couple of pages in the first chapter so it could only go well from here! :)

It has been HILARIOUS thus far! I can't wait to keep knowing what's coming up next in his adventures!
