like his other book “deep work” it has the potential to cause a drastic change in both your mindset and behaviors. i just wish more people in my circle had this approach to social life.

I'm gonna pause reading this till I've mastered stage 2.

This is saving my life. I didn’t realize this book was just what I needed when I started reading it. This is the perfect time for me to be reading this book as I’m having clear goals in mind but struggling to focus on the actual work.
I have a new favorite. Definitely a 5/5.
