I haven't read a book in weeks so I didn't have high hopes when I thought I'd just read a few pages of my eARC and see what I think. 17% in one sitting is pretty good for me lol. I also love how Brigid doesn't info dump the world at the start of the book and you learn about the world as Harper does. She has such a way with characters and set up

Been listening to this on and off the last week or so? It's interesting and I like the characters but it isn't wowing me the way I quite want it to. Currently around a 3.5stars I'd say, will have to see what happens with the ending for my final verdict. It is very easy to listen to though!

Finally a plot twist that I didn't see coming. I like the characters and such like but it's been a bit of a long slog haha

Really enjoying Arden's voice. She also talked about Trich which surprised me. And now she is about to start talking about long distance relationships. I think I'm really going to love all of this book.

Listening to as an audiobook on Scribd. A bit of a guess as to where I am up to but I have really enjoyed being back in this world and cant believe I waited SO LONG to get to this book.

Read a large chunk of this on the plane and honestly I AM LOVING IT. It's like a slightly more grown up and bloody (with a war thrown in) How To Train Your Dragon. This has everything I love in a dragon books. Also slow burning romance is just 👌
