This is so simple yet so profound so far. Chapter 7 on happiness is an eye opener if you have been sad for long.
This book does need you to process what you read so it might take some time and some rereads, but I think it's worth it so far.

It's....progressing. No other thoughts yet tbh because it has mostly remained flat so far but I still want to continue.
